You are trying to build that module on a too old kernel (2.6.28-13)!

if you want to build it on such an old Kernel take the Module from Eva
Bruchseifer:
http://www.basyskom.org/~eva/log_installation_vaio_z21vnx.html

The Module Version "0.9np2" is only for kernel >= 2.6.30

As I wrote, Ubuntu Karmic - which is at 2.6.31-14-generic at present -
is a prerequisite for the steps described in my tutorial.
