Hi everyone!

Today I updated BIOS of my VGN-Z21MRN to R2170M3. After this - every
time I try to boot linux (Ubuntu 9.10 x64) in "Speed" mode (nVidia) -
instead of the image on the screen, I see a bunch of colored vertical
lines.
And this happens even at the "splash screen" stage.
When I downgrade BIOS back to R2168M3 - everything back to normal. 
(Windows 7 works fine with new R2170M3 BIOS)

Has anyone else tried to run linux with the newer BIOS?
