VPCZ1: Adams' 2.6.36 kernel still the best one?
Hi,
I expected recent kernels to integrate patches that improved support for
the Z1, so I grabbed the kernel 2.6.39-rc3-natty from [1]. However, I
found that power consumption was somewhat high: powertop reports 17.8W
on an idle system, no wifi nor bluetooth, lowest screen brightness. By
comparison, Adams' 2.6.36-vaioz gets as low as 11W. Is is expected?

Some more info:
* Full model number is VPCZ13A7E
* No boot kernel parameters (I tried setting acpi_osi to Linux or !
Linux, to no avail)
* Stock BIOS
* Switch on Stamina position (the only position I am interested in)
Thanks,
