Software RAID on Arch
Hey, I've been trying to get Arch Linux installed on my VPC-Z1, and I've
run into an issue. I decided to keep software RAID, so I ran modprobe
dm_mod and dmraid -ay before installation (archlinux-2010.05) and selected
the proper partition on which to install Linux, everything goes smoothly,
but if I run a system update (pacman -Syu) I get a 'filesystem check
failed' error on boot. Any idea about why this is? Keep in mind this is my
first time with Arch so I'm not sure if I followed the right procedures to
implement soft RAID, so if there is a better way, what might it be?
