Ugg, as Vick said, why on earth are you using sony-laptop-zseries
in combination with nouveau? That will *not* work as we see, since
both a tricking around with the vide cards setup.

You have to decide what you want: If you want the nvidia drivers,
then use sony-laptop-zseries and blacklist nouveau, if you want
to go for the bleeding edge but without nvidia3d, do not use
noveau.

I assume you will not have any problems when disabling either the nouveau
driver or the changed sony-laptop module.

Ahh, before you ask, to disable nouveau, add a file
	/etc/modprobe.d/local.conf
with one line
	blacklist nouveau
