I just thought I'd report that I had a very easy install (from
scratch) with Precise. No GPU driver juggling scripts required, and no
manual install of kernel modules! I just installed Bumblebee after
installing Ubuntu, and everything seems to work, both with Intel and
Nvidia. Syslog has a lot of error messages, the Intel driver complains
about something, but it seems not to affect performance. This is a
know bug with Bumblebee, apparently.
