Re: Need to Install Ubuntu

 

Doubtful as 12.04 will stick with 3.0 kernel. You may have luck with 12.19
which is shipping with a much newer kernel. Failing that, you can install
the newer kernel builds in Ubuntu. They have downloads of upstream releases.
