I got a vpcz13m9e/b and it continues to hang on reboot (after the 'system
restarting' message on log) using the standard kernel (3.5.0-17-generic) of
Ubuntu 12.10. It doesn't happen on shutdown. The same using a live session
from a Ubuntu 12.10 CD. Now way.

I was not able to find any similar bug report on the web or on this
mailing-list. It seems to reboot using kernel parameter: acpi=off. Not very
interesting solution...

Any suggestion?
