Hi all,

Does anyone have an analog headset (including a microphone) working via 
the headphone jack in a Sony Vaio Z21? That is, I can play audio through 
the headset as expected but I haven't been able to record through the 
headset microphone.

I had a quick look and found "sudo modprobe snd-hda-intel model=auto" 
and "hda-jack-retask" as generic solutions in this direction but didn't 
find any direct solution for this laptop. Any pointers appreciated.
