for who is interested in the solution of this issue I've got an answer
from the kernel development mailing list.
I've tested it and it is working

I hope those will be included in the next rc.

Now I'm going to notify the solution to the ubuntu developers, so they
can apply the patches also in the previous kernels in the
repositories.
