The list puts the poster in the „From:" field and the list address the
„To:" filed.

If someone responds with „reply" the message will be sent only to the
poster, not to the list.
You have to be attentive to „reply to all" so that the list gets a
copy of the message.

It should be configured to either:
a) (best) set the Reply-To header to the list address or
b) (good) set CC to the list address.
c) (ugly) set the list address as the „From:" field.
