WRT the tutorial, I would split the part that's specific to how to set up RBAC from the one that's about integrating with MAAS.

The latter feels better suited to MAAS documentation, and AFAIK we do plan to extend our public documentation (e.g. https://maas.io/docs/deb/3.0/ui/using-rbac-with-maas). It'd be good if we could integrate your tutorial with that documentation so that we have a single place with all the MAAS-related info.
Could you please get in touch with Bill Wear, our tech author, about it?
