I see someone (Michael?) has used 'bzr push --overwrite' on our
packaging branches.
I'd like to propose that we almost never do this (because it is an
operation which removes history, without any comment explaining why) -
or, if a circumstance arises where it is appropriate, let's make a habit
of sending an accompanying email to this list to document the cause.
Unless there's a particular reason not to (?), I will probably merge the
old removed history.
