Title:
  Wizzard loses last selected  storage type when clicking back

Status in Syncany:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  If you create a new profile, select maybe FTP fill out the form, press
  next and then back "storage type:" changes back to (Please choose), if
  you reselect FTP the data below is gone.
