Hi there

I am guessing you checked out the trunk and not the newsync branch...

There are many things to do but it is very difficult to separate these
things from each other. Since the general structure of syncany is still in
development, i cannot give you any particular tasks. At the moment, some
post grad students are trying to partition the project so that tasks can be
distributed. I will let you all know as soon as there is concrete things to
do
