Public bug reported:

installed xbmc from team-xbmc-intrepid on Kubuntu 8.10.

On startup, I receive a message:
Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.gnome.ScreenSaverwas not provided by any .service files
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

On hardy it used to work just fine...
