Sorry for going quiet for a while.. being sick, LCA, a sprint in
Strasbourg and another in Portland left me with no personal cycles for a
while.

On the flight home though, I managed to finally get around to a proper
'testr failing' implementation - it will now track all the ever-seen
failing tests, and report them. This means that if you have 15 failures,
run only one test while fixing that one, and then do 'testr failing' you
will see the other, unfixed, 14 tests.

The next thing I'm going to do is glue to replace
testr failing --subunit | subunit-ls --ids > test.list; bzr selftest
--load-list test.list

At which point, testr will be feature complete (for me), and I'll do
another release.
