As I mentioned before I'm not an expert on 3D apps. So I think you
should look for that answer in a X11 forum or something like that.

   my program run in ubuntu 11.10,program try draw three non-texture
  triangles, but only two triangles show.

   if the program run in ubuntu 10.10,it is normal.
