That's because SGX is not properly supported at the plain linux-linaro-
kernel (the one you downloaded). For proper support at your panda, I'd
suggest you to use the kernel provided by the TI landing team, that you
can find at http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=landing-
teams/working/ti/kernel.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/tilt-linux-
linaro-3.1.

  today update pulled linux-headers 3.1.0-1400.1~ppa~oneiric.
  It's causing a build failure on  powervr-omap4-dkms:
