Title:
  Ducati h264 encoder does not work

Status in OMAP4 Ubuntu Multimedia addons:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I installed ubintu 11.10 and full current OMAP extension package
  (ubuntu-omap4-extras _1.2.1) on Pandaboard ES rev B1. I tried to make
  a basic test of Ducati h264 encoder:

  $ gst-launch -v videotestsrc ! ducatih264enc ! filesink location=h264.es
  Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
