[Bug 933323] [NEW] Ducati h264 encoder does not work

Public bug reported:

I installed ubintu 11.10 and full current OMAP extension package
(ubuntu-omap4-extras _1.2.1) on Pandaboard ES rev B1. I tried to make a
basic test of Ducati h264 encoder:

$ gst-launch -v videotestsrc ! ducatih264enc ! filesink location=h264.es
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstVideoTestSrc:videotestsrc0.GstPad:src: caps = video/x-raw-yuv, format=(fourcc)NV12, width=(int)320, height=(int)240, framerate=(fraction)30/1, color-matrix=(string)sdtv, chroma-site=(string)mpeg2
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDucatiH264Enc:ducatih264enc0.GstPad:sink: caps = video/x-raw-yuv, format=(fourcc)NV12, width=(int)320, height=(int)240, framerate=(fraction)30/1, color-matrix=(string)sdtv, chroma-site=(string)mpeg2
ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDucatiH264Enc:ducatih264enc0: Could not encode stream.
Additional debug info:
gstducatividenc.c(532): gst_ducati_videnc_handle_frame (): /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDucatiH264Enc:ducatih264enc0
ERROR: pipeline doesn't want to preroll.
Setting pipeline to NULL ...
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDucatiH264Enc:ducatih264enc0.GstPad:sink: caps = NULL
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstVideoTestSrc:videotestsrc0.GstPad:src: caps = NULL
Freeing pipeline ...
$

...but it seems to be unaccessible.
