Didn't find the over scan setting on my TV setting item list. The board
should work well once I plug in the HDMI cable, especially it worked
well before, for example, on hardware pack build:

  After the board boots up, the desktop screen can't be shown
  completely.

  Refer to attachment to get the screen snapshot. On the left side,
  almost half part of the launcher area is cut; on the right up corner,
  icons are gone too.
