Would be nice to debug and understand the EDID from your monitor. Could
also be the case that this is affected by an external issue.

Can you add  'omapdss.debug=1 drm.debug=7 loglevel=8′ to your kernel cmd
boot line and post back the dmesg output?

To edit your boot.src file (if you have your panda fully booted up), as root:
cp /media/boot/boot.txt /boot/boot.script
vim /boot/boot.script (add the additional boot arguments)
flash-kernel
reboot

  After the board boots up, the desktop screen can't be shown
  completely.

  Refer to attachment to get the screen snapshot. On the left side,
  almost half part of the launcher area is cut; on the right up corner,
  icons are gone too.
