[Bug 1032852] [NEW] crash caused by Youtube under FF/GNASH played via PA USB audio

Public bug reported:

I can make my Panda A4 running the current OMAP4 PPA PVR drivers and
kernel crash every time within a few minutes of starting to play a
Youtube video under Firefox with the GNASH plugin when redirected via
the pavucontrol config tab to go to my Philips UAC3553B portable hifi
which lsusb sees as:

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0471:0110 Philips (or NXP)

and ALSA sees as:

cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [Panda ]: Panda - Panda
                      Panda
 1 [OMAPHDMI ]: OMAPHDMI - OMAPHDMI
                      OMAPHDMI
 2 [UAC3553B ]: USB-Audio - UAC3553B
Philips UAC3553B at usb-ehci-omap.0-1.3, full speed

This is all whilst running fluxbox and network-manager + ssh server on
the Panda to try to monitor it but nothing else really going on.

If I use the onboard audio only for this, I don't get any crash and I
can use this same USB audio device fine with Linux otherwise and indeed
its the only way I can currently run JACK on my Panda as JACK doesn't
start with the onboard audio selected.

** Affects: ubuntu-omap4-extras-graphics
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
