The new themes

Hi everyone,
I attached an animated GIF of the newest version of the themes manager. 
I think it is basically complete now.  You can dynamically preview the
theme, with the window buttons, the menu button, and a 'fake' gradient
to show the 2 colors in the window title bar.
This is a much nicer way of previewing themes, and I think makes this
theme manager MUCH better.
You can basically see what it looks like before clicking OK.  And, the
best part?  It works for the old version of JWM files (2.2.2), as well
the newer (2.3.0)
 
I have pushed this to testing, but I am doing a lot of reworking so I
will not build it, as there are certain things that are unusable.

Once I finish reworking the panel settings I will rebuild it.
