Hi developers,

I have fixed a bug for Ubuntu 15.04, and the version number of mkusb has
reached 10.0.5 now. As before you can still only get it via the unstable
PPA and phillw.net.

It is important that at least one more person tests that mkusb can make
a persistent live pendrive of ToriOS before we release it into the
stable PPA

ppa:mkusb/ppa

and use it in ToriOS. So please spend an hour testing that it works and
let me know if something went wrong or is hard to understand, or if we
are ready to release it :-)

Hi toriosadores :-)

After some testing extreme conditions I found a couple of situations,
where mkusb had problems to create persistent live pendrives.

*Bug-fixes for ToriOS and Wily Werewolf in mkusb 10.0.4*

The new version is uploaded and available via the unstable PPA and
phillw.net.

1. fixes to make it work to create persistent live systems in ToriOS

mkusb needs grub-pc to install 'persistent live' systems which is
checked and the user is prompted to install it, if necessary.

2. fixes to make it work to create persistent live systems in Wily Werewolf
