Hi Nio,
The quickest way is to get the ISOmaker scripts from github.
(if you have git installed)
git clone https://github.com/Israel-/ISOmaker.git
otherwise, go to
https://github.com/Israel-/ISOmaker
and download the zip file.

You will need a tarball of the base OS.
You can extract the one from the Debian Jessie ISO save it in the
ISOmaker directory.
then run ./ISOmaker
This will begin setting up your computer. You will create the
debootstrap tarball.
IIRC you will have to run it again to build the ISO, but it has been a
looooong time since I had to do this.
Either way it will download everything and archive the packages to your
harddrive in a folder. These will be reused each time you build.
The base OS will need to be tweaked, but I am doing that currently.
When I have a better version I will upload it.
You can install the base OS on a machine and tweak it, or you can build
ToriOS from the Debian mini ISO yourself and start from scratch. If you
want to do that ask, and I'll give you the script, and the pointers.
