Yes, I know.
But my question is - and this is for everyone - do we need to get this 
up and running now? or shall we wait until we have a real Alpha release 
around?

Time is running and we don't feel that ... ToriOS 1.0 is about to see 
the light soon, hopefully so everything 'must' be ready 'before' that. 
Unless anyone of you disagree with me? that is different story ;)

Yes, I know. We need people who could be administrators/moderators on 
our forums. No, I can not be online 24/7 but I shall definitely be one 
of the 'main' administrators on the forums. We need active people who 
could keep that area spam-free (the most important task) and start to 
pull some attention to our project as well, etc.
