Congratulations Ali,
Hello Nio and thanks for your nice words :)
I'm glad you are back installing linux into old computers again, and that ToriOS works as intended :-)
And, that has been done 12,000Km away from where I have converted 61 machines myself :D It is a new era .. it is a new beginning .. I do hope it will be a great start :D
Best regards Nio
ToriOS is still Alpha with some bugs to be fixed so I can't yet give the machine back to its owner :D However, I am impressed .. a lot .. when I saw it is using 58MB ONLY from the RAM when idle AND .. it is much more responsive than Lubuntu :D
The bugs I have faced are okay for me if I am testing, etc but for someone else who is new to GNU/Linux, I just can't recommend it yet.
Lubuntu didn't work. I installed fine but after installing the updates, it stopped working. I didn't bother. I installed ToriOS and .. WOW :D
