Should just be a case of moving the text over from the latex source
file, however you need someone to translate this to other languages.

One of the advantages of PDF is that it can be printed and perhaps
sold as a printed manual, (https://www.createspace.com/4947501) like
the ubuntu manual is,   that could help raise money for ToriOS.

I still think that it would help to have both manuals,  even if the
pdf is a download.

I am still working on the latex source code for the pdf  if we can
crack on with the online manual then information can be copied between
the two,  as in pdf and html.
