Hi George,
We aren't super strict about top/bottom post... however the general rule
here is bottom posting.
It is fine if you can't code.  We will need testers more and more.  And
you can also proofread the user manual if you want.

This is being created using LaTeX, and then converted to HTML for use in
the OS.
We decided to use HTML to allow many translations to fit in very little
space.
