Hi All (especially Nio)
I found some of the major issues in OBI.  I think I have addressed them.
Notable:
If GRUB is not installed in the tarball (like my chroot builds, or ones
built using lilo, etc...)
Grub is installed first, then modified.

OBI checks for tarballs in the directories
/tarballs
$HOME/tarballs
$PWD

OBI decides where it is installed
/usr/share/OBI
$HOME
$PWD

I think this covers most of the issues...

I ran shell check on some of the functions and get some issues... not
any of them are major.... but one day we should sit down and chat about
these... as you know much more about Bash than I do :)  And shellcheck
knows a great deal, and has fixed most of my silly mistakes (starttorios
for example)
