I am currently running ubuntu mini in virtual box but struggling to
simply copy the .sh file to the guest OS,  it is on my main hard disk
and needs moving over

The shared folder facility needs guest additions,  I don't know where
to get it from,  How do just copy 1 file from host systerm to the
guest system

I tried to enable drag and drop but that does not seem to work either

I am doing this now

from a console but if there is a way to share folders it gives people
other options too
