Hmm that'd be a weird limitation? Because you change your background you
don't get infographics?

FYI, there's a complete rework of the infographic system that will allow
for 3rd party visualizers, we had initial plans for providing a set of
colour palettes to choose from (maybe based on average wallpaper
colour/lightness or user preference) that the infographics would be
drawn with.

Bug description:
  I have attached the screenshot. When using bright backgrounds in the
  dash the readability of the dash text is not clear, we need to have a
  better solutions for that. Other OS try to keep the background static
  or have the background a bit faded to counter this issue.
