[Bug 1213962] Re: [DASH] readability problems when using a brighter dash background
The only customisation we allow is in the lock screen.
The photo in the lock screen is show through the divider in the Dash.
On top of this divider there should be a white layer with 50% opacity.

Bug description:
I have attached the screenshot. When using bright backgrounds in the
dash the readability of the dash text is not clear, we need to have a
better solutions for that. Other OS try to keep the background static
or have the background a bit faded to counter this issue.
