[Bug 1298659] Re: qmlscene reports invalid option -I

 

This seems to only affect the armhf build. Upstream and help both show
-I as valid. It works properly on the desktop as well, but throws the
warning on phablet:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ qmlscene -I 
/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt5/bin/qmlscene: invalid option -- 'I'

That said, it appears the additional path is used during imports and the
error message is not correct.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Build 264 running qt 5.2.1
  The SaucyBacon app in the store happens to use a command line

  qmlscene -I modules/ app/saucybacon.qml

  and the app fails to launch, the log reports

  qmlscene: invalid option -- '-I'

  running qmlscene on the command line on the phone also reports this.
