So I'm working on the 'greeter showing during call' aspect.   As for the
'screen should turn on when phone is moved' bit, is that (A) what other
phone OSes do or (B) what design wants or (C) both?  I haven't seen a
spec that would cover situations like this.  Do we have one?

Bug description:
  During a call, position the phone such that the proximity sensor is not enabled, i.e. put phone on table
  The screen shuts off
  In order to wake the phone up user needs to push power button 
  * Screen should turn on when the phone is moved
  The greeter is also shown
  * Greeter should never be shown during an active call
