Title:
  active blur affects launcher coloring when opening & closing maximized
  windows

Bug description:
  When opening a window maxed the active blur changes the coloring of the launcher, this change remains after closing the window and the launcher returns 
  The launcher will return to normal  after opening a new un maxed window
