Bug description:
  unity 4.8.0-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. From Ubuntu Software Center, install gnome-tweak-tool.
  2. Open the Dash and search for "tweak".

  What happens: "Tweak Advanced Settings" shows up in "Apps Available
  for Download". Choosing it opens USC, which shows that it is
  "Installed".

  What should happen: "Tweak Advanced Settings" shows up in "Installed",
  and choosing it launches it.
