Title:
  Bottom edge controls not present after a call

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Made a call
  Held the phone away from face so proximity was not enabled
  Screen goes blank
  wake up phone to see the greeter
  return to the dialer, hang up the call
  Now the dialer shows no bottom edge controls
