Title:
  dialer_app.tests.test_calls.TestCalls.test_outgoing_noanswer fails
  because it starts to swipe from out of the window

Bug description:
  The bottom label with the message recent has the center out of view,
  so when this test tries to swipe it on the desktop, instead it resizes
  the window.
