  Fringe colors around letters in non-focused window titles

Bug description:
  The letters in the titles of the non-focused windows have hints of
  blue and red. It looks like sub-pixel antialiasing done wrong.

  This strange effect can also be seen in screenshots  (see the attached
  file).
