[Bug 1355706] [NEW] Indicator icon should be monochrome
Public bug reported:
Currrently, if you have undisplayed notifications, the notification icon
shows as a green bell.
Since all the other notification icons are monochromatic, I think the
behaviour should be:
- no undisplayed notifications: show an unfilled white bell (or simply don't display the icon?)
- undisplayed notifications: show a filled white bell.
