[Bug 1358225] [NEW] Locking+unlocking phone mysteriously dismisses location access prompt

Ubuntu 14.10 r197

1. Launch the Camera app for the first time.
2. Lock the phone.
3. Unlock the phone.

What happens:
1. A prompt appears asking whether the Camera should have access to your location.
3. The prompt has disappeared, but the camera is active. Whether it is accessing your location is a mystery.

What should happen:
3. The location prompt is still present.
