get recent report of the problem, also it seems to work correctly now,

  Rarely application menus not exported to the panel correctly

Bug description:
  The failure got first spotted on an intel jenkins test machine.

  When the bug happens, the menu doesn't seem to appear on the panel.
  Maybe it's a different bug, but some people reported that a different
  application's menu gets exported instead. It seems to happen for any
  application, tested on the Calculator. Confirmation required.

  The following tests seem to fail on jenkins due to a bug like this (only on intel GPU machines):
  unity.tests.test_panel.PanelIndicatorEntryTests.*
