  Indicator should have torch control

Bug description:
  Other platforms make it very easy to access the camera flash as a
  torch without unlocking the phone.

  Our phone should probably have a torch option within the power
  indicator. It should be easily toggle-able on and off with a simple
  swipe and tap.
