[Bug 1311124] Re: webbrowser-app does not recognize alternate keyboard layouts
This has nothing to do with the wpa package. wpa provides support for
connecting to WPA- and WPA2-encrypted wireless networks. I have marked
the webbrowser-app package instead.

Bug description:
Attempting to use the Dvorak keyboard layout in the webbrowser-app
(and, by extension, all webapps) fails, with input reverting to QWERTY
layout.

Expected behavior: webbrowser-app recognizes the layout chosen through the layout switcher
Actual behavior: webbrowser-app recognizes QWERTY (the layout chosen during install), ignoring whatever is chosen through the layout switcher.
