[Bug 1311124] Re: webbrowser-app does not recognize alternate keyboard layouts
Marking this invalid as I myself use a dvorak layout variant (bépo) and I have never seen this issue with the browser.
Thomas, is this something you can still observe?

Bug description:
Attempting to use the Dvorak keyboard layout in the webbrowser-app
(and, by extension, all webapps) fails, with input reverting to QWERTY
layout.

Expected behavior: webbrowser-app recognizes the layout chosen through the layout switcher
Actual behavior: webbrowser-app recognizes QWERTY (the layout chosen during install), ignoring whatever is chosen through the layout switcher.
