Bug description:
  update using ota6+silo0
  you cannot click or click-slide the dash bottom edge with the mouse, we should probably enable clicking on these bottom edges. Also, messaging app would allow me to click-slide, but not click.

  with silo 0 applied

  launch the message app or clock app in windowed mode, you can trigger the bottom edge, until you accidently resize the window, after that it seems it's impossible to get the bottom edge of these apps to repond
