@Victor - would it be possible for you to try with an N7? N4? I don't have a usb keyboard actually.

Steps:
connect a USB keyboard
Use for a bit
Disconnect keyboard
try using the onboard keyboard
Result:
The keyboard starts producing random touch events as soon as you try to use it.
